Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns

How to Initiate a Return

Authorization

Our customer support team will review your request.
If approved, you will receive a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

  • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Use a trackable shipping method for your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, ASHOOQI will cover the return shipping costs.
