At ASHOOQI, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. We only accept returns in case of damage or defect, and the following conditions must be met:

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package.
  
  (The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening, and the product being taken out.)
  
• Returns are accepted only if damage is visible in the unboxing video.
  
• The return request must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
  
  Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
  
• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
