How long does it take to deliver an order?

What is your return policy?
At ASHOOQI, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. We only accept returns in case of damage or defect, and the following conditions must be met:
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the package.
(The video must show the parcel from all sides before opening, and the product being taken out.) - Returns are accepted only if damage is visible in the unboxing video.
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of purchase.
Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible. - Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
